Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Direct ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL Detects human and mouse sFRRP-3. Using a colorimetric detection system, the detection limit for rhsFRP-3 is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL Detects human and mouse sFRP-3. The detection limit for rhsFRP-3 is ~10 ng/well.
